Our Commitment
Helix Dental is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures Taken
We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility of our website: included accessibility as part of our design process, provided alternative text for images, ensured sufficient color contrast ratios, made all functionality available from a keyboard, used clear and consistent navigation, and ensured forms are properly labeled and accessible.
Physical Accessibility
Our dental office is fully accessible to patients with mobility challenges. We offer ground-floor access, wide doorways, accessible restrooms, and adjustable dental chairs. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know when scheduling your appointment so we can accommodate you.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any issues. If you encounter any barriers, please contact us so we can provide the information you need in an alternative format.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at hello@helixdental.com or call (308) 555-0101. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
